Allyson Agosta is a co-Founder of AZA-Soyul. She specializes in product development, go-to-market-strategy, sales process, and establishing strategic partnerships. Prior to launching AZA-Soyul, Allyson was the Founder of SalesSwellPro, an independent consulting firm working with executives at emerging and mid-market information data and analytics companies. Allyson’s unique and diverse background includes experience on both the buy-side and sell-side of Wall Street, and at two leading industry data providers. She is a pioneer in the industry and was an integral part in the development and launch of the first fixed income execution platform at BARRA, first proprietary oil commodity data at Genscape, and early-stage commercial satellite analytics service at URSA Space Systems. Allyson was a member of the Prudential Securities Investment Management and Scudder, Stevens & Clark Investments Institutional Marketing and Sales Team. Over the past 25 years, Allyson championed development of new verticals, products, and product enhancements.
Abudi Zein is a co-founder of AZA-Soyul. He specializes in information product development and fundamental analysis. Prior to launching AZA-Soyul, Abudi was chief executive officer at ClipperData, where he led product development and sales, as well as set the strategic direction for the company. Clipper, which began operations in January 2014, now is a market leader in the field of tracking the flow of goods and commodities.
Prior to co-founding ClipperData, Abudi led efforts at Genscape to create new information products based on the company’s proprietary energy data. Prior to Genscape, Abudi worked in the information industry in Tokyo, Singapore, London, Houston and New York. During his career, Abudi held management positions in editorial, product development, marketing, sales and general management. He was CEO for Argus Media, Inc, a Senior Vice President at Oxford Analytica and Sales Director at Platts London.
Bruce Alphenaar is a co-founder of AZA-Soyul. Bruce is an experienced researcher and innovator in materials, optoelectronics, and advanced manufacturing, and his work has combined sensing and imaging with computer modeling and data science analysis to drive research and product development. He has worked as an ECE professor at the University of Louisville and as an industrial R&D scientist at Philips Electronics in the Netherlands and Hitachi Research Laboratories in the UK and Japan. Bruce received a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Yale University and holds 11 US and global patents.
